This is actually very good for Tony. He's 45 and suffered a heart attack just a couple years ago. We're VERY proud of him. We haven't seen his best yet.

Max - 26/4/2010

Combined deltoid training with deadlifts, all felt strong. Last deadlifting day (12 april), I maxed out at 2 x #455, so I backed off a bit today and went for reps.
